我發現，我們的心就像一個小寶箱，有時候，我們會放一些「不愉快」或「憂愁」進去。有時候，我們卻能投進一些「快樂」和「期盼」。你會投進些甚麼在你的心靈寶箱呢？
在英國生活，好像比較容易讓我投進「快樂」。其中一個原因是，當我在街上或商店閒逛時，總是會有一些孩子向我微笑。他們好喜歡看着你，當你與他們雙目交接時，他們便會用眼睛、用臉蛋、用小嘴，向你微笑。然後，你的心便會愉快得很燦爛。
有一次，當我逛公園時，迎面而來兩家人，同時有兩家人的孩子。我向孩子們打招呼，他們也快樂地跟我打招呼。在他們的身後，有一位年紀最小的幼童。他停步了，待我走近他，也向他打招呼之後，他立即快樂地說聲早，然後跳躍着前行了。
又有一次，當我在公園的遊樂場時，一位準備玩滑梯的女孩，忽然向我說“Hello”，然後便跟我聊天。在這個國度，連嬰兒車上的嬰孩，也會閃亮着眼睛，向你以笑相迎。
我把他們一張張的笑臉，都放進我的心靈寶箱了。謝謝孩子們，因你們愉快而親切的微笑，我的心便有滿滿的快樂﹗
Our hearts are like treasure boxes. We sometimes put our tears inside, but at other moments, we have lots of happiness to be the treasures.
I have many “Happy Treasures”, most of them came from the smiling faces of little children. When I walked on a street or shopping at a shop, some little children smiled at me like the afternoon sun. Even babies looked at you and were willing to communicate with you through their beautiful smiles. These “Happy Treasures” brightened my soul!
One day, when I was walking in a park, two families came towards me. Their little children said “Hello” to me happily. And their very little boy staying at the back waiting for my “Hello”. He jumped for joy after I said hi to him.
Those smiling faces were my valuable memories. They made my day!
