My name is Lingyee Fu (富察令兒). I am an artist originating from Hong Kong and now living in the UK.
Creating fine art gives me wings of freedom, and allows me to share my colourful world with others.
I sense spiritual freedom whenever I paint. I began to experience the joy of painting during my childhood, and I realised that my paintings not only bring happiness to myself but also to others.
I wanted to share this pleasure so becoming an artist was my destiny. My paintings express to the world a sense of spiritual freedom, purity, love and hope that brighten the soul.

Lingyee Fu is a Chinese artist based in the United Kingdom whose works have been featured in solo exhibitions in both nations, as well as in Japan and Taiwan. For her, the act of creation is akin to spiritual freedom.
Fu’s whimsical and vivid compositions convey messages of love and hope, as she believes that colorful paintings can “brighten one’s soul”.
