That mysterious forest was home to so many fascinating animals… but let’s save those tales for later! Right now, Emi is in a terrible hurry to find her dear friend, Ebi Sushi. Why is Emi in such a rush? Well, she hasn’t seen Ebi Sushi for two long weeks! She misses her best friend dearly and can’t wait to reunite and share all the wonderful things from her trip. At the same time, Emi is eager to listen to Ebi Sushi’s stories too—maybe she had her own unforgettable adventures while Emi was away!
Emi ran and ran, and finally spotted Ebi Sushi! She threw her arms wide open, looking as if she was preparing to welcome Ebi Sushi, when in fact, it was Ebi Sushi who was happily welcoming Emi!
Naturally, both Emi and Ebi Sushi were as happy as a shining rainbow in the sky. Two weeks isn’t a very long time, yet it felt as though they hadn’t seen each other for ages. Holding each other close in a warm hug, they bounced up and down with joy, inventing a magical “Friendship Dance” right then and there—with every step made up entirely on the spot!
When they grew tired of dancing, Emi and Ebi Sushi sat side by side, eager to share everything they had experienced over those two weeks… Shh! Although we are all dying to hear about their journeys, let’s not disturb them just yet.
