It’s pleasant to walk in a park with dogs, but sad to say, it’s not for me.
I like dogs and a gun dog deeply impressed me. One day, while I was walking in the park, the gun dog caught the flying saucer with amazing accuracy. It knew the direction from the starting point when the flying saucer just left the owner’s hand. And it knew what speed to catch the prey. With its excellent talent, the dog caught the flying saucer successfully and beautifully every time.
Unfortunately, I can only imagine playing with dogs because I’m scared of them, even though they’re friendly and cute. If a dog comes to play with me, I will say “No!” out of fear. I’m afraid of them touching me though I like them.
Do you think it’s difficult for us to face our fear? I think so! I had cried twice because I was scared out of my wits. However, I’m learning to keep walking when a dog is on my way. I keep saying to myself: “They’re nice.” “They won’t hurt you.” “It’s no harm if they touch and smell you.” I tried to prepare myself to be touched.
I hope I can be their friend one day. I hope I can welcome them instead of saying no. If there is a candle, I will blow it out and make my wish.
