3rd Place: Under the Dining Table
Hiding under the table feels like stepping into a cosy little world of its own. Covered by the grand dining table, everything she sees looks so different from usual! She can only see the bottom half of furniture, and only her parents’ feet. For Emi, watching her mom and dad’s footsteps pacing around to search for her is already a mountain of fun!
2nd Place: Behind the Bedroom Door
Little Emi loves hiding behind the bedroom door. She squeezes in her little tummy and “compresses” herself as much as possible, keeping the door open wide so her parents won’t suspect a thing. Through the crack of the door, she gets a front-row view of them looking for her—which fills her heart with pure delight!
1st Place: Inside the Wardrobe
Once inside the wardrobe, the world turns completely pitch-black. Emi can no longer see her parents searching for her, but she feels wrapped in the soft, fluffy clothes all around her. In the dark, she eagerly waits for that magical moment when the wardrobe door opens. That instant is always bursting with joy—because the parents who finally find Emi, and the Emi who is found, always burst into grand laughter together, welcoming each other back into sight.
Wait… this time, her hiding spot isn’t the dining table, the door, or the wardrobe. Where on earth is Emi? Look! She’s over there with Tamago Sushi!
A slice of sweet rolled omelette, even longer than the sushi rice itself, is covering Little Emi. But Tamago Sushi just noticed that we saw Emi! Surprised, he hurriedly tells Emi to hide better so no one spots her. Emi also puts her tiny index finger to her lips—shh…—asking us not to give away her location, because her mom and dad are searching for her super hard!
